X-Bionic Invent 4.0 Pants Men

Experience the benefits of innovative functional underwear even with moderate activity. With the X-BIONIC® INVENT® 4.0 PANTS MEN, you benefit from a significant performance boost from the very first steps into the world of winter sports. The new 4.0 generation is the first to offer Retina® Ultra-High-Definition quality for unique functional precision. The functional underwear is designed for men who want light compression and effective thermoregulation for a moderate level of activity. Thanks to technologically innovative production on precision machines, the functional zones are seamlessly integrated into the particularly dense material and can work with pinpoint accuracy. The legendary 3D Bionic Sphere® system ensures optimum thermoregulation of the chest and back. It cools when you sweat and warms when you are cold. Sweat Traps® prevent sweat channels and additionally support the cooling effect. Technologies such as the Venus XT Rib, a vertical ventilation channel for increased air exchange and improved evaporation of sweat, are responsible for temperature-controlling ventilation. The stabilizing and balancing ProPrio padding, as well as the perfect fit thanks to the Aktiv waistband® and IDEO waistband, enhance performance-enhancing comfort.

Technologies and manufacturing processes

  • 3D Bionic Sphere® System

The body sweats during activities. The natural cooling system keeps the body at an ideal 37°C by means of sweat. Traditional thermal underwear draws the cooling sweat away from the skin. This tempts the body to produce even more sweat. Valuable fluids, minerals and salts are lost without efficient cooling. This reduces performance.
Cools when you sweat. Warms when you're cold.
The award-winning 3D Bionic Sphere® System stops unpleasant moisture, the feeling of overheating during rigorous activity and prevents cooling during rest and recovery phases.
  • Innerlap AirConditioning Zone®

The inner thighs are less cold-active in terms of muscle performance.
Efficient cooling no matter what the conditions
Air permeability is increased in this area through the Innerlap AirConditioning Zone®, the insulation layer is reduced, so air conditioning is strengthened by air exchange.
  • AirConditioningSpot

Since the back of the knees sweat quickly and heavily, a fine, round mesh fabric is incorporated there. With the help of body heat, excess sweat is pressed outwards, where it evaporates without the risk of cooling down.
Cools the knee without the risk of cooling.
    The AirConditioningSpot cools without chilling.
  • Air-Conditioning Channel® with ZERO-Insulation

The production of high-quality functional underwear requires exact knowledge of the body and its temperature-determining key zones.

The ZERO-insulation zones are placed in body areas which are key to temperature regulation and function like valves as a part of the AirConditioning Channels®.
  • Active-Bund®

No clothing is more disturbing than the one that constantly slips, cuts in and hinders freedom of movement. This has to be prevented.
    Highly adaptable for perfect fit
The highly elastic Aktiv-Bund provides a secure fit and support without constricting or impeding movement.
  • IDEO-Waistband

During continuous movement, slipping functional underwear can lead to annoying friction. Only outstanding material and an optimal fit guarantee a performance-enhancing sense of well-being.
    Ideally designed, ergonomically optimized.
The ideally designed, ergonomically optimised waistband, with higher cut in the back, keeps the garment in place even during constant movements.
  • MacroSphere System

Physiological studies have shown that the chest and back area is one of the optimal zones for swift and effective ventilation.
    Swift an effective ventilation
The large three-dimensional MacroSphere System on chest and back provides a refreshing cooling effect. It reliably cools when you sweat and provides thermal insulation when you're cold.
  • ProPrio Padding

Proprioreceptors belong to the group of mechanoreceptors and serve the perception of space and the orientation of one's own body during the mechanical load of movement. Targeted support of the proprioreceptors leads to a increase in performance accordingly.
    Improve neuromuscular reaction time
ProPrio Padding actively ensures the balance and stability of your entire body.
  • Venus XT Rib

The basis for the design of outstanding functional clothing is scientific knowledge and physical calculations. The real art is to put them into practice.

Vertical ventilation channel for an increased air exchange and thus sweat management.
  • Intercooler

The thigh muscles are an important cooling zone of the human body. However, the large muscle is prone to cooling down easily, especially under harsh conditions.
    Large-scale welding management.
This 3D construction collects perspiration on the upper thigh and maintains it directly upon the skin so it can evaporate optimally while directly on this muscle group. Between periods of exertion, the Intercooler's rib technology lies in a wavelike structure on the muscle to provide insulation. The locked-in air protects the muscles from overcooling.
  • ISO pads

11 channels each form the ISO pads at the hips and even extend over the waistband. Large areas of the organs are thus protected from the cold. In winter, it is possible to protect the body from freezing by specifically insulating individual body parts from ambient cold. Thus the ISO pads over the hip bones and also the finer ISO pads on the buttocks keep the warmth on the body, which is necessary to guarantee the internal organ functions. At regular intervals, the ribs of the ISO pads drape over the shoulders, keeping warmth on the body and protecting against chilling. This is where a lot of heat is lost with conventional jackets, because the weight of the jacket or backpack compresses the insulation material so that it loses its effect.
    More insulation area
ISO pads enable targeted insulation of individual body parts from a cold environment. By retaining body heat that is necessary to guarantee interior organ functions the temperature-regulating zones prevent the cooling down of the whole body.
  • Partial compression®

Compression sportswear improves the supply of oxygen and nutrients to the muscles, reduces muscle vibrations and helps to speed up recovery. Large-area, mechanical pressure can negatively influence the blood circulation in the tissue. If no sweat remains on the skin, the blood cannot be cooled. This leads to a reduction in the functioning of the body's own cooling system.
A new benchmark in compression technology.
Partial Compression® applies targeted pressure on 1 mm-wide ridges. Left and right of the ridge is a compression-free area where compression could have a negative effect on blood circulation to the skin. In this way the blood flow through the veins and capillaries remains unimpended.
  • Sweat Traps®

Of the up to three million sweat glands on our skin, up to 300 per square centimetre are located within the armpit. Everyone knows what happens here during a run. Already when warming up the muscles, the sweat begins to trickle.
Catches wetness before it becomes palpable.
Large dimensioned sweat traps, ergonomically positioned based on laboratory tests, prevent the moisture from dripping and provide active cooling.
  • ExpansionKnee

A knee can bend up to 160 degrees. Hardly any pants can do that without thinning out and losing their thermal function. The accordion principle of the Expansion Ribs® gains insulating properties with the bending of the knee, instead of losing them. Highly flexible, a chamber and channel system unfolds with the movement, in whose interior warm air is stored for insulation.
The ExpansionKnee protects the knee from the cold even in a bent position.
The accordion-like construction of the ExpansionRibs® retains its insulating properties rather than losing them when the knee is bent.

3.
  • 1. Chest:
Measure the circumference at the widest part of the chest (under the armpits)
  • 2. Waist:
Measured the waist circumference below the navel. The measuring tape should not constrict the belly keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
  • 3. Hips:
Measure the hips circumference at the fullest part of the seat keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
