Return shipping costs

Returns do happen. Even though we are constantly working to present you with more pictures and better textual descriptions of the products, it's always possible that a jacket does not fit or the color of the new backpack is not as expected.

Return shipments from Europe

To make the return as uncomplicated and cheap as possible for you, we have signed contracts with DHL and offer you the opportunity to use our return service at cost price. When you register the return on our returns website, you can print the return label and stick it to the package or generate a QR code (no printer necessary - availability depends on the country you live in). As soon as we have received and checked your return, you will be refunded the purchase price and any outbound shipping costs. The cost price for the return label will automatically be deducted from the refund amount. The table below lists the costs that are incurred for the return from different European countries. As compensation you will receive a voucher worth 10€ for your next order (minimum order value 100€).

What to consider when sending returns from Switzerland

To ensure a smooth processing of returns, we ask you to register each return from Switzerland in advance with us at info@sportfits.eu. You will then receive a return label that must be applied to the return parcel. If you ship the parcel on your own, without attaching our label, there might be problems with customs clearance. In that case your parcel could be returned to you without our knowledge. Please note that in this case additional costs may be incurred by the respective shipping service provider.
