At what temperature do I need running gloves?
It's personal. Many runners put them on below 10 °C, and by freezing at the latest. Wind makes the cold worse: in a headwind, your hands get cold sooner.
What helps against cold fingers when running?
Keep your arms loose and make a fist now and then. If that doesn't help, switch to mitts or wear two thin layers.
How do I wash running gloves?
Follow the care label, usually 30 °C with a little detergent and no fabric softener. Let them air-dry, not on a radiator.
What size should I choose?
Measure around your hand just below the knuckles, without the thumb, and compare with the brand's size chart.
