Houdini
Shaped by Sweden
Within the outdoor industry, Houdini is one of the first brands founded by a woman. The Swedish woman Lotta Giornofelice was looking for ski and outdoor clothing that was not too warm for the ascent, but prevented chilling on the descent. This was the birth of the first Houdini products, whose range today extends from underwear to winter jackets.
The brand's home country has been an integral part of its DNA since the beginning. The country's attitude to life inspires the collections just as much as the wild nature with its mountains.
Adventure Inspired Functional Life
Houdini is aimed at all those who do not want to choose between outdoor and lifestyle, but live both. Inspired by outdoor adventures, the products also convince in everyday life with functionality, durability and the highest quality.
Houdini clothing is just as at home on the mountain as it is on a shopping trip in the city, and always looks modern thanks to its minimalist design. Always fitting, both in environment and shape, the favourites are often worn for years without losing comfort.
Forward to Nature
Sustainability has never been a trend for Houdini, but part of its mission from the very beginning. The company relies on sustainable materials and environmentally friendly processes that are constantly being optimised.
Today, 100 percent of the fabrics are recycled, recyclable, biodegradable or Bluesign-certified. Resources are thus conserved or actively recycled in order to burden the environment as little as possible.
In addition, the company always seeks exchange with others to find more ways to reconnect with nature. In Houdini Hangouts, like-minded people can learn more about "friluftsliv", a conscious outdoor lifestyle, and inspire each other.
Houdini's vision can be perfectly summed up with the motto "Maximum experiences. Zero impact. And beyond."
