Return policy

Cancellation right

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without statement of reasons. The cancellation deadline is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your cancellation right you must inform us (TouriSpo GmbH & Co. KG, Ebenäcker 2a, 94121 Salzweg, Germany, Email: info@sportfits.de, Phone: +49 (0)851-20424140) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

You can also submit your withdrawal electronically via our website website. If you make use of this option, we will confirm receipt of your withdrawal without delay (e.g. by email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequence of cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of cancellation.

For the refunded payment we will use the same payment method as you used in the original transaction, unless we explicitly agree to something else; in no case will a fee be charged for this payment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must send or deliver the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us about the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

For goods which, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, the return costs are estimated at EUR 20.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this is the result of handling that goes beyond standard examination of the quality, characteristics and functioning of the items.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to personal needs.
• Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
