The Ortles Powertex 3L M Jacket from Salewa is the perfect choice for demanding mountain adventures and ski tours. This men's jacket was developed and tested in the Dolomites to ensure the highest performance in high alpine mountaineering. Made from lightweight, robust Powertex fabric in a 3 layer laminate construction, it offers reliable protection from the elements.
The jacket has taped seams and a waterproof front zipper to ensure maximum protection against moisture. Large zippers on the underarms ensure optimum ventilation and temperature regulation. The hood is helmet-compatible and merges into a high collar that closes under the chin to provide a better field of vision. An innovative Direct-Access zipper with double slider allows quick access to the inner pocket and layers underneath, including an avalanche transceiver.

With a water column of 20,000 mm and a breathability of 20,000 g/m²/h, this jacket offers excellent waterproof and breathable performance.

How to measure
- 1. Height:Stand up straight with your feet and back against a wall. Place a flat object (e.g. book) on your head and hold it horizontally against the wall. Now you can measure from the bottom edge of the object to the floor.
- 2. Chest:Measure the circumference at the widest part of the chest (under the armpits)
- 3. Waist:Measured the waist circumference below the navel. The measuring tape should not constrict the belly keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
- 4. Hips:Measure the hips circumference at the fullest part of the seat keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
