X-Socks

Functional clothing redefined
The manufacturer of the X-Socks is the Swiss company X-Bionic. X-Bionic was founded over 20 years ago with the aim of developing sportswear. Starting with one sock, the brand's product range now includes functional clothing and socks for jogging, cycling, hiking and winter sports. The brand's success is based on the technologies used and a convincing design. Sophisticated aerodynamics, dynamic stabilizers, maximum cooling performance and flow-optimized surfaces are reflected in every X-Bionic design.

Top technology for your feet
With X-Socks, the brand has developed socks that offer maximum comfort for every foot in every season. They can be used in a variety of ways at work or in leisure time, for jogging, skiing, cycling or hiking. Thanks to their anatomical shape, they adapt to the foot and provide a pleasant barefoot climate. With merino wool and silk, high-quality materials are used in the products. Due to a high silk content, the socks offer unbeatable suppleness on the skin and ensure long durability as well as a pleasant cooling effect.

Technologies of the X-Socks
As with functional clothing, X-Bionic has also developed some technologies for X-Socks in order to provide optimum support for the athlete. Particularly noteworthy here are the HeliXcoil® technology to increase muscle endurance and the Suppronation® bandage for a healthy foot position and optimum stability.
The vibration of the calf muscles during sports such as running, hiking and skiing leads to faster muscle fatigue. This is where the HeliXcoil® technology comes in. Concentric, spiral-shaped pressure bars are seamlessly integrated into the sock structure, which enclose the calf muscles from ankle to waistband. The finely dosed pressure on the muscles ensures that the muscle is fixed and no energy is lost. This increases endurance and protects against fatigue-related injuries.
The Suppronation® bandage, which is integrated into the sock itself, additionally stabilizes the foot and ensures a lasting improvement in the foot position. Many people suffer from foot malpositions, which cannot be resolved by conventional footbeds. The bandage encloses ankles, supporting tendons, muscles and joint devices without restricting freedom of movement. By means of the footbed with impulse points, it signals an incorrect posture to the sole of the foot and thus triggers a reflex-like posture correction.
