The Ortles Hybrid TWR Vest M by Salewa is the ideal choice for men who want to be optimally equipped for hiking, mountaineering, alpine tours or ski tours. This vest offers a functional insulating layer that has been specially developed for the requirements of alpine activities. Thanks to the innovative TirolWool® Responsive technology, which consists of the valuable wool of Tyrolean mountain sheep and refined polyester fibers, excellent temperature regulation is made possible. The thermoreactive minerals in the fibers recycle the far-infrared energy (FIR) emitted by the body and slowly release it again, which ensures long-lasting and sustainable warmth.
The vest's water-repellent and breathable material offers thermal properties even when wet. The Durastretch inserts on the back and sides, which are made of 22% wool, ensure the wearer enjoys a high level of comfort and freedom of movement, supported by the elastanepart. The ergonomically shaped collar and the full-length front zipper, which is backed with a windproof placket, offer additional protection from the elements. Another practical feature is that the vest can be stowed away in its own pocket, making it the ideal companion for any mountain tour

How to measure
- 1. Height:Stand up straight with your feet and back against a wall. Place a flat object (e.g. book) on your head and hold it horizontally against the wall. Now you can measure from the bottom edge of the object to the floor.
- 2. Chest:Measure the circumference at the widest part of the chest (under the armpits)
- 3. Waist:Measured the waist circumference below the navel. The measuring tape should not constrict the belly keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
- 4. Hips:Measure the hips circumference at the fullest part of the seat keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
