The Velika jacket is equipped with a waterproof, breathable membrane (20,000/20,000), which guarantees dry comfort even in heavy snowfall or rain. The Primaloft® Black insulation, which is made from 100% recycled materials, keeps you warm even in wet weather. This insulation is GRS(Global Recycled Standard) certified and offers 130 g/100 g heat distribution for optimal comfort on the torso and sleeves.
All of the jacket's seams are fully taped to provide absolute protection from wind, rain and snow. The details specially developed for skiers include stretch cuffs with thumbhole loops, zippered openings, waterproof zippers, an integrated snow guard, ventilation zippers, a helmet-compatible hood, an integrated goggle cleaning cloth and a special ski pass pocket. The jacket's durable water-repellent (DWR) coating repels light snow and rain without the use of toxic fluorocarbon-based chemicals.
