The ARO5 Race ICE EU from Oakley is an advanced cycling helmet designed specifically for cyclists who want to perform at their best on the road. With its aerodynamic and ventilated design, the helmet offers outstanding air circulation through a total of 19 strategically placed ventilation openings. These ensure optimum breathability and a comfortable fit, even during intense rides.
The fit of the helmet is perfected by the BOA 360°-Fit system with adjustable dial, which ensures a particularly secure fit. The redesigned shell shape adapts more naturally to the contours of the head and sits lower, providing additional stability. Thanks to its lightweight construction, the ARO5 Race is also lighter than its predecessor without sacrificing protection and safety.
Another highlight is the Mips® Air protection system, an integrated, low-friction protective layer that reduces rotational movements of the head in the event of an impact and thus protects against dangerous forces. The antimicrobial Ionic+™ lining is activated by perspiration and ensures a fresh feel and effective odor control. The ventilation openings at the front also provide a safe way to store the goggles, while Unobtainium® temples and special cut-outs in the foam provide additional protection.
The ARO5 Race not only impresses with its technical features, but also with its stylish design. The trademark Iridium® coating reflects the Prizm™ lens colors of the Oakley eyewear and ensures a harmonious look. The helmet is available in the sizes Small (52-56 cm), Medium (54-58 cm) and Large (56-60 cm) and meets the safety standards CPSC 1203, EN1078 and ANZ2063. The scope of delivery includes a carrying bag and an Oakley sticker.

FIT FORM: The BOA 360° fit system with adjustable dial ensures a particularly secure fit for maximum safety. The overall improved shell shape ensures that the ARO5 Race sits lower on the head and adapts more naturally to the contours of your head.
LIGHTWEIGHT: The ARO5 Race is lighter than its predecessor, the ARO5, thanks to a redesigned shell and other changes to the interior.
PROTECTION: The Mips® Air protection system is a low-friction protective layer integrated into the helmet that reduces rotational movements of the head: It protects against the dangerous forces that could otherwise act on the driver's head.
VENTILATION: The ARO5 Race has new openings at the front and top, which significantly increase air circulation and breathability. There are a total of 19 ventilation openings in the upper, side and rear areas.
FOOD: The antimicrobial Ionic+™ lining is activated by perspiration and ensures a fresh feel and good odor control.
GLASSES STORAGE: The ventilation openings at the front offer the rider a safe way to stow their goggles. The Unobtainium® temples hold the goggles in place, and cut-outs in the foam on the inside of the helmet prevent the temples from injuring the wearer's head in the event of an impact. This creates a simple and intuitive storage space for the rider's goggles.
DESIGN: The ARO5 Race features a trademark Iridium® coating that mirrors the Prizm™ lens colors of Oakley eyewear. The color of the sticker matches the color of the helmet, in keeping with Oakley's heritage eyewear.
