The Core Plus 2 shoes from Northwave are the ideal choice for ambitious road cyclists who value comfort and performance. With a stiffness index of 8.0, the NRG Air Carbon Reinforced sole offers the perfect balance between stiffness and flexibility. Five strategically placed ventilation openings guarantee optimum air circulation so that your feet stay pleasantly cool even on strenuous rides in spring and summer.
The innovative Unibody construction of the upper material ensures a seamless fit that minimizes pressure points. Four breathable mesh inserts and numerous pores across the entire surface of the shoe increase ventilation and provide additional comfort. The SLW3 twist closure, combined with an Extra Velcro closure, allows for precise adjustment. It is the only closure that allows both gradual loosening and complete opening at the push of a button, ensuring easy handling even while riding.
These shoes are SPD-pedal-compatible, but please note that the mounting plate is not included. The Core Plus 2 are specially designed for men and offer lined, warming properties that make them the ideal choice for your cycling tours in spring and summer.
