Technologies and manufacturing processes

• Premium breathability

  Even under heavy physical strain, the high vapour permeability of the material ensures a pleasant body climate. The garment has a breathability of at least 5,000 g/m²/24h.

• Basic insulation

  We distinguish between three different levels of insulation: Basic, Medium and High Isolation. The necessary insulation for the different temperatures or weather conditions depends on the area of application and intensity of the sport.

• 3 layers

  The outer material, the functional membrane as well as a thin inner lining are connected to a stable 3-layer construction to meet highly professional and uncompromising demands. The membrane used gives the material good to very good breathable and waterproof properties.

• Preshaped Knee

  Pre-shaped knees improve the fit and reduce wrinkles in the hollow of the knee.

• Key Pocket

  The product is equipped with a key pocket.

• Cross stretch

  The material is transversely elastic and offers optimum freedom of movement.

• Venting Zipper

  The garment is equipped with additional ventilation zips. This ensures an optimum temperature and perfect moisture management.

• Waist Width Regulation System

  An integrated adjustment system allows the waist width to be adjusted individually.

• Durable Water Repellent ECO

  This is a durable water and dirt repellent finish for the outer fabric that allows rain and snow to run off. The garment also becomes less sensitive to dirt. Breathability is not affected. All the finishes we use are Bluesign® approved and therefore meet the highest possible standards in terms of environmental protection.

• Partial wind proof

  The Windblock/Windstopper front prevents the body from cooling down by the wind.
