This versatile, lightweight shoe offers optimal protection and is perfect for Walk-Run & Climb activities. Its design combines elements from the running and approach world with technical solutions from the climbing sector, such as the sole, rand and lacing.
The Tech Fit fit of the TX Guide is simple and close-fitting, which guarantees maximum performance. The stable toe offers optimum grip on edges when climbing. The highly abrasion-resistant meshshank has microfiberprotective reinforcements on the inside and TPUreinforcements on the outside to maximize abrasion resistance. An asymmetrical approach-style lacing ensures a precise fit, while the rear is reminiscent of the Mythosstylelook and ensures perfect heel hold.
The protective edge, inspired by climbing, is made from lightweight PU-TECH Lite Material. The tongue construction, inspired by running shoes, prevents the penetration of objects. The combination of sole and midsole, made of double-density EVA, provides cushioning in the heel and stability in the midfoot area. The TPU layer on the front of the midsole acts as a climbing zone and rock guard layer. The sole, with Vibram MegaGrip and Idrogrip compounds, offers a perfect balance between grip and durability, while the wide heel supports braking on the descent and offers more grip on the ascent.
