The Seek Amp from ION is the latest flat pedal shoe in the range and is characterized by its urban sneaker style. The insole with padded heel area provides comfort and protection while the robust upper material ensures durability of the shoe. Like all flat pedal models, the Seek Amp shoe also has the Pin Tonic concept: this is about the perfect combination of grip, protection and style, because it depends on all those properties in a good bike shoe. The outsole has a positive profile in the toe and heel area, which gives grip when pushing or carrying the bike. In the middle area, on the other hand, there is a negative profile, which gives the pins enough attack surface for best grip. In addition, the rubber compound SUPTraction_Rubbercompound provides exactly the right grip that you need. To increase this feeling even more, the toe area has been slightly lowered to increase the contact surface of the sole on the pedal. To refine this perfectly balanced shoe ION relies on an asymmetrical shaft, which is raised on the inside of the ankle and thus protects in contact with the crank. In addition, a reinforced toe box is used, which protects against stones and roots.
