The waterproof and breathable PU membrane developed by Hanwag does not use any fluorocarbons and is based on a complex, hydrophilic system. This 3-layer-laminate provides optimum protection against moisture while ensuring a comfortable foot climate. The Blueridge Low ES is manufactured entirely in Europe, with all materials sourced from European suppliers, which further underlines the sustainability of the product.
A special highlight is the newly developed midsole with a stabilizing PU sole edge that provides additional grip. The non-slip Terragrip outsole with a tread depth of 4 mm and large lugs ensures a secure grip on a wide variety of surfaces.
