• LITESHIELD BACK PROTECTOR

  The EVOC LITESHIELD BACK PROTECTOR combines maximum impact protection with a feather-light, very effective construction and lots of flexibility. At the same time, it is absolutely temperature insensitive. Like most sports helmet manufacturers, we work with an EPS construction, but with us it is adapted to the special requirements of back protection through a segmented layer structure. In addition to its outstanding damping properties, fall damage can be detected immediately with this protection concept and the protector can be replaced individually.

• LITESHIELD SYSTEM AIR

  This system combines the closeness to the body absolutely necessary for a back protector with maximum ventilation: The close-fitting back area is equipped with two rows of "ventilation grids" in addition to a large central ventilation channel: Air-Mesh covered EVA foam strips with ventilation holes and a special, angled gable milling reduce the contact surface to the back and thus improve air circulation. The extra-wide, ergonomically shaped hip belt is made of our AIRO FLEX material. This transfers the main load - even that of a fully loaded backpack - to the hips and fixes it there. At the same time, optimal breathability is guaranteed
