How to measure
- 1. Upper arm circumference:Measured at the thickest part of the biceps.
- 2. Wrist circumference:The circumference of your wrist. Make sure the tape measure does not constrict.
- 3. Thigh circumference:Measured at the widest part of the thigh approximately halfway between the crotch and the knee.
- 4. Calf circumference:Measured at the widest part of the calf. The tape should not constrict and must be passed around the leg horizontally.
- 5. Ankle circumference:Leg circumference measured at the ankle.
