The Blacktail 3 from Big Agnes is the ideal tent for all outdoorenthusiasts who value comfort, durability and sustainability. Whether camping, trekking or freeskiing, this tent offers easy pitching and more headroom with its symmetrical pole structure and pre-bent poles. Made from durable, recycled material, it is designed for years of use in the backcountry and requires no compromise on durability.
Two large doors with smooth-running zippers allow easy access and quick access. The TipLok™ tent buckle ensures a secure hold and easy attachment of the rain cover. The Low Vent function on the vestibule doors and the two high ventilation openings on the flysheet ensure optimum ventilation, which, together with the double sliders on the vestibule zippers, allow flexible air circulation from above or below.
With two top pockets and two large side pockets, the tent offers plenty of storage space for your gear. Additional inner loops allow you to attach gear lofts, accessories and mtnGLO® Tent & Camp Lights. Reflective guy lines and straps increase visibility at night and reduce the risk of tripping. To extend the life of the tent floor, the use of a separately available tent carpet pad is recommended. Thanks to the waterproof, solvent-free polyurethane seams, the tent stays dry and comfortable even in the rain.
