Our tips for more exercise in everyday life
In the car, in the office, at home on the couch: we spend a large part of our day sitting down. Some of you will have heard that this can lead to a variety of health problems. However, it's not easy to fit workouts and 10,000 steps into a stressful day. That's why we've put together a few tips on how to integrate more exercise without too much effort.
Start small
Take active breaks
When you work in an office, you spend most of your time sitting down. A height-adjustable desk or a standing desk that allows you to work standing up from time to time can help here. This gets your blood flow and circulation going again and also relieves the strain on your back. You can also go for a short walk during your lunch break, which also has the advantage that you can get some fresh air and clear your head. But even a few simple stretching exercises in between are good for your legs, back and shoulders.
Having fun is a must

Why exercise more at all?
Some people want to do something about their back pain, others want to lose weight, others want to counteract other health problems. But why should you do more sport if you don't have any obvious complaints?
There is an almost endless list of reasons for this. For example, more sport in everyday life prevents numerous diseases. Be it cardiovascular diseases, joint weaknesses or obesity with all its consequences, as well as cognitive impairments such as dementia, to name just a few. But mental health also benefits enormously from sufficient exercise. Sport supports your emotional well-being and is an effective mood booster.
Small change - big effect
Even small changes can be noticeable: You'll feel fitter, sleep better and are in a good mood more often. If you manage to do more sport in the long term, you will improve your general fitness, prevent countless illnesses and actively and sustainably improve your physical and mental health.
