Earth Day has been held annually since 1970 and is traditionally accompanied by many campaigns from regional and international companies. 2023 this also includes the sustainable Marmot Earth Day collection, with which the outdoor brand sets an example for more environmental and climate protection. We present the range in more detail.

For example, Marmot uses recyclable and reusable materials to reduce unnecessary waste as much as possible. Up to 70 percent of the paper for this comes from FSC-certified forests and the rest from controlled wood production. Marmot also follows other environmentally friendly quality standards such as Re:Down or bluesign and is actively committed to reducing the volume of transport in order to minimise its ecological footprint.

The sustainable Earth Day Collection
To celebrate Earth Day on 22 April, Marmot has developed the unisex Earth Day collection consisting of the Earth Day Heavyweight Hoody and the Earth Day Heavyweight T-Shirt.
For the production, the outdoor expert uses 100 percent sustainable cotton, which was obtained according to the standards of the Better Cotton Initiative (BIC). The alliance pays attention to fair production that combines quality and environmental protection.
A major highlight of the collection is the print. The unique design, which is directly inspired by nature, is applied with Living Ink. This is an innovative ink that is extracted from algae.
All these qualities make the Earth Day Hoody and the Earth Day Shirt all-round natural, but also stylish, comfortable and durable.
