Halti: The new ski touring collection
For many, ski touring is about finding the perfect balance between a challenging ascent and a speedy descent. To help you perform at your best uphill and downhill, Finnish outdoor expert Halti has developed a lightweight and breathable collection that supports you in both directions. We present the models made of carefully selected and technical materials in more detail.
The right insulation
The Crust insulation jacket for women and men with Primaloft Aerogel© heat barrier in the chest pocket provides sufficient warmth on every tour. As multifunctional ski clothing, the jacket can act as a midlayer as well as an outer layer, depending on which layers it is combined with.
The combination of thin ripstop material and DrymaxX© nano membrane forms a breathable and at the same time water-repellent barrier that protects you from overheating and moisture in the snow. To protect the chest and shoulder area in particular, the Crust insulation jacket has been given an additional wind-repellent micro-layer in these areas. The fact that the material is recycled and PFC-free also speaks for the model.
The second jacket in the new Halti ski touring collection Alpine Unisex 3L DX is also made of ripstop material and DrymaxX© nano membrane. In addition, there are matching trousers for the jacket to form a complete ski touring set. Both the jacket and the Alpine Unisex 3L DX Pant are particularly breathable and comfortable to wear. And just like the Crust jacket, they impress with recycled and PFC-free materials.

Halti Adrenaline jackets & pants
The Adrenaline softshell jacket and pants make a breathable, lightweight and functional ski touring set. Both are made of stretchy and partially recycled X-stretch double-layer material that keeps you warm even without additional lining. Dryness is also guaranteed with the Adrenaline products thanks to moisture-repellent, fluorocarbon-free DWR finish. Since knees should be particularly protected during ski tours, the Adrenaline trousers are made of strong Cordura ripstop material in this area.
For optimal performance, sufficient freedom of movement is also a must. For this, the Adrenaline jacket has an angelic sleeve cut that allows particularly wide movements. In addition, the jacket fits comfortably on the body and still leaves enough room for a midlayer. On really cold days, the set can be worn over the Crust jacket, for example.
