We are e-commerce specialists in sporting goods retail. We are a local company based in Salzweg near Passau in Lower Bavaria. But above all, we are a team of passionate outdoor enthusiasts who have made it our mission to inspire people to experience nature in all its diversity. Our goal is to provide every outdoor fan with the best possible equipment to experience unforgettable adventures – regardless of the weather and terrain.

Our range

Our product range comprises around 200 top brands, of which we send up to 6,000 parcels to our customers throughout Europe every day. Our product range focuses on outdoor, bike, camping and winter sports articles from leading manufacturers as well as promising trend brands and interesting newcomers to the market. In addition, customers will find detailed product presentations, practical tips and relevant news from our company in our blog. We understand that outdoor equipment is more than just clothing – it is the essential foundation for any adventure. That's why we offer the best products for those who don't compromise on quality and functionality.

Our history

When SportFits was launched in 2017, the shop was actually only intended to supplement the winter sports and leisure portals snow-online.com and tourispo.com, which had been in existence since 2004. However, SportFits quickly became one of the leading online retailers for outdoor clothing and equipment in Bavaria. But the rapid success also brought new challenges. Our warehouse capacity in Passau soon reached its limits as more and more customers became aware of our high-quality products. But instead of letting this slow us down, we accepted the challenge and decided to develop further instead.

Our step into the future

In autumn 2023, the time had finally come: We opened our new, state-of-the-art logistics center in Salzweg. The new building, equipped with a fully automated storage and picking system, the AutoStore system, not only provides space for our offices and our constantly growing product range, but also enables us to process orders even faster and more efficiently. Sustainability was a key concern during planning and implementation: The entire company building was designed to minimize our environmental footprint while optimizing our operations.
