The functional, padded ZIENER ski jacket AVAK JUNIOR for kids reliably retains warmth in cold weather thanks to its high-quality 120g/m² padding and collar with toasty lining. It is also equipped with the breathable, waterproof and windproof ZIENER AQUASHIELD® membrane (hydrostatic head 10,000mm/breathability 10,000g/m²/24h), which keeps kids warm and dry. Soft, elasticated cuffs guarantee a perfect fit. The most important seams are heat-sealed. The jacket scores points with further details such as a pocket for sunglasses and ski goggles as well as a snow guard. It also comes with reflective design elements. The ski jacket is PFC-free thanks to its environmentally friendly waterproofing. The hood complies with the DIN EN 14682 standard for the safety of children’s clothing.

PFC Free
With PFC-free products, attention is paid to an environmentally friendly PFC-free impregnation, with consistent water repellency. PFCs (per- and polyfluorinated chemicals) are a large group of chemicals that are intermediates, auxiliaries or degradation products of certain fluorocarbon compounds. These are environmentally harmful substances. PFCs are used because of their water-, dirt- and grease-repellent properties. ZIENER is constantly working to remove the PFCs of concern from the life cycle of the products.
