That's exactly why we designed the Hydra 38. From the carrying system to the quick-drying fabric and easy-access pockets - this pack is designed for comfort. The integrated Dyno Lift System™, with its self-balancing and adjustable load straps, ensures that the pack adapts to your movements. This makes it feel much lighter and even if you exhaust the 38 liter capacity, you run with a springy step. The back features a trampoline mesh insert that creates a gap between your back and the pack to promote air circulation. FlashDry™ technology actively wicks moisture away from your skin and transfers it to the surface of the fabric. Incidentally, the Hydra 38 gets its name from its ability to keep you hydrated quickly and easily. It has a hydration system compartment and two elastic side water bottle pockets that you can reach without having to half contort or take off the backpack. The model also has a front storage pocket where you can keep your weather protection handy. There are two more pockets on the hip belt and the lid flap also has a pocket. So, in total, you have six pockets at your disposal, as well as compression straps and loops for the gear you bring with you. At the chest there is an additional strap with SOS whistle. The reflective webbing is another safety feature that can prove extremely useful. So you always stay in sight in the dark, even if headlamps are the only source of light.
