Thanks to the Gore-Tex® Extended Comfort membrane, your feet will always stay dry and comfortable, regardless of the weather conditions. The Vibram® Litebase Megagrip™ sole guarantees first-class grip on both wet and dry surfaces and is also particularly durable.
A particular highlight of the Magma 2.0 GTX MS is the oversized heel, which offers excellent stability on downhill climbs and crossings. Two rubberstability sipes ensure an unparalleled level of braking, even on loose ground. The soft Lycra collar and the anatomically shaped Ortholite® footbed offer additional comfort, while the XO Shield sole protects the shoe from abrasion and provides even more grip.
The Magma 2.0 GTX MS is not only functional, but also sustainable. Thanks to the collaboration with the Vibram"Repair If You Care" project, the shoe can be resoled, which significantly extends its lifespan. This makes it the perfect choice for environmentally conscious adventurers who don't want to compromise on performance.

OVERSIZED HEEL: The extra-large, oversized heel shape provides excellent stability when hiking or running downhill and on technical traverses. Two rubber stability sipes on both sides of the back of the shoe provide an unparalleled level of braking on technical descents, even on scree, gravel or loose rock.
SOFT LYCRA COLLAR: The collar lining is made from a soft, comfortable and non-abrasive Lycra fabric.
ORTHOLITE® FOOTBED: The anatomically shaped Ortholite® footbed is highly breathable and offers superior comfort and long-lasting performance.
XO-SHIELD OUTSOLE: Our new XO-Shield sole wraps the upper in critical abrasion zones, providing support, traction and durability not only underfoot, but also on the toes and sides - all without adding weight or bulk - and without the need for a traditional bonded rubber rand.
GORE-TEX® EXTENDED COMFORT LINING: The Gore-Tex® Extended Comfort membrane offers durable waterproof and breathable weather protection and ensures that your feet stay dry and comfortable all day and all year round.

ALL MOUNTAIN PRECISE FIT
Through the combination of preformed thermoplastic inserts and an Ortholite footbed, the AST - Adaptive Shape Technology - adapts the Magma 2.0 precisely to every foot shape. The Magma 2.0 was developed around an anatomical last and offers excellent midfoot support and secure heel hold during fast movements on the mountain in technical terrain.
ALL-TERRAIN PERFORMANCE
The exclusive sole profile of the multi-traction outsole, inspired by the MTB enduro tire design, is equipped with Vibram® Litebase™ technology. The Megagrip™ rubber compound offers optimum grip on all surfaces, in both wet and dry conditions. The outsole wraps the upper material in critical abrasion zones, offering protection and eliminating the need for a conventional bonded rubber rand.
DOWNHILL COMFORT
To provide comfort on fast downhill sections, the Magma 2.0 has a molded EVA midsole with high rebound that absorbs heavy impacts and an extra-large heel area that provides great stability when hiking or on descents and challenging traverses. Rubber stabilizing elements on both sides of the heel allow for extremely controlled braking.
