The Forge 3.0 GTX MS from Tecnica is the ideal companion for demanding hikesand trekking tours. Equipped with the high-quality Gore-Tex® material, this boot not only offers excellent weather protection, but also outstanding breathability that keeps your feet dry all year round. The durable nubuck leather upper adapts perfectly to the shape of the foot for added comfort and durability
The Vibram® XS Trek EVO™ outsole is specially designed for technical terrain. It offers excellent ground adaptability and multidirectional traction, while self-cleaning channels keep the sole free of dirt and mud. The Forge 3.0 is also equipped with an Overlasting PU rand that protects the shoe from abrasion and extends its lifespan.
Thanks to AST Adaptive Shape Technology, the Forge 3.0 adapts individually to every foot shape and offers all-day comfort. The combination of an anatomical Ortholite® footbed and stabilizing elements ensures a firm hold, even on long tours with heavy luggage. Practical details such as the BACKLOOPloop and the metal hooks and eyelets make it easier to put onand take off and adjust the shoe.

- BACKLOOP: The small loop makes it easier to put on and take off the shoes and also allows them to be attached to a rucksack or climbing harness.
- ORTHOLITE® FOOTBED: The anatomically shaped Ortholite® footbed is highly breathable and offers outstanding comfort and long-lasting performance.
- GORE-TEX® EXTENDED COMFORT: The Gore-Tex® Extended Comfort membrane offers durable waterproof and breathable weather protection and ensures that your feet stay dry and comfortable all day and all year round.
- VIBRAM® XS TREK EVO™ OUTSOLE: The XS Trek EVO™ outsole is a complex adaptive design developed together with our partner Vibram®. The sole has four different areas with specific functions. The outer lugs are responsible for ground adaptability and stability in different mountain terrain. The inner lugs provide multidirectional traction, while the front half-climbing zone offers improved technical approach performance. Finally, the self-cleaning channels keep the sole free of dirt and mud.
- NUBUCK LEATHER: The upper is made of high-quality 1.9 mm thick leather, which naturally adapts to the shape of the foot and offers good breathability, while nubuck leather is extremely hard-wearing and ensures high scratch resistance.
- OVERLASTING PU RAND: Toes, medial and lateral areas are protected by a lightweight PU rand that offers high abrasion resistance with low weight. The rand extends into the forefoot area, protects the EVA midsole and increases the overall durability of the shoe - ideal for demanding, technical terrain.
- METALLIC HOOKS + EYELETS: Metal eyelets ensure even lacing and enable quick and precise adjustment in the instep area. Lace stoppers at the start of the instep fix the fit, while open hooks on the tongue and shaft collar offer maximum freedom of adjustment in the upper area.

ALL DAY COMFORT
By combining adaptive memory foams with pre-molded thermoplastic inserts and a pre-shaped footbed, AST - Adaptive Shape Technology - adapts the Forge precisely to any foot shape. Based on an anatomical last, the Forge holds the forefoot and heel firmly in place to provide all-day comfort on long treks in technical terrain.GROUND VERSATILITY
The Forge is equipped with a Vibram® XS Trek Evo™ sole that adapts to a variety of wet and dry terrains. The lugs on the edge of the sole ensure perfect ground adaptation and stability on all types of terrain. The lugs on the inside of the sole improve multidirectional traction. The semi-climbing zone increases climbing performance and self-cleaning channels keep the sole free of mud and debris.STABLE SUPPORT
The Forge is equipped with a polypropylene stiffening element placed over the outsole and midsole for stability and support on uneven technical terrain with heavy packs, while an ESS plate sits under the compressed EVA midsole to protect the forefoot area from sharp rocks.
