The V45 Violet Spec. Hardwax from Swix is an indispensable specialty wax for ski touring, training and racing. This violet grip wax is ideal when the Blue Extra reaches its limits and offers an excellent alternative to improve grip on snow.
Thanks to its high-quality composition of carefully selected wax qualities, synthetic rubbers and oils, the V45 Violet Spec. meets the highest health requirements. It is perfect for newly fallen snow at temperatures from 0°C to -3°C and for old or transformed snow at temperatures from -2°C to -6°C.
For optimum use, we recommend applying the wax in thin layers and then smoothing it out with a cork. This ensures even distribution and maximum hold. A scraper is useful to remove excess wax.
