The Swix Triac 4.0 Aero Pole is a masterpiece of engineering resulting from intensive research, testing and continuous improvement. Specially developed for skiers who compete on the slopes, in competitions and in classic and skate style, this ski pole offers outstanding performance and technical sophistication. The newly designed shaft with its innovative cross-section ensures optimum stiffness and significantly reduces air resistance. Compared to the predecessor model Triac 3.0, the Triac 4.0 Aero offers 15% improved stiffness and a reduction in air resistance of up to 20% in critical areas, as confirmed by wind tunnel tests.
Made from high modulus carbon fiber, the Triac 4.0 Aero is extremely light yet robust, making it an indispensable companion for demanding skiers. Compatibility with the Swix TBS and TCS systems makes it possible to achieve top performance in all conditions. For a long service life, it is recommended to transport the poles in a special ski pole bag to protect them from bumps and knocks.
Although the Triac 4.0 Aero is optimized for use on ski slopes, it should not be used on roller skis as it is not designed for contact with asphalt and road edges. For such conditions, there are special roller ski poles that are better suited. The use of Swix's pole bags is strongly recommended to protect the poles during transportation.
