The Volata 2Vi® Mips is Sweet Protection's most iconic FIS-certified racing helmet and has been completely redesigned using only the best materials, technologies and production techniques available. Including the new and revolutionary 2Vi® technology platform developed by Sweet Protection itself. 2Vi® was developed to perform better without compromising on weight and volume. The new Volata 2Vi® Mips has a sleek, modern look and features a brand new two-layer Mips system that contributes to a far more comfortable feel.
This helmet is suitable for all disciplines and was developed in close cooperation with World Cup athletes. Notable features include removable earspads in case of emergency and two-piece ear openings for excellent hearing. The helmet is equipped with an ABS Race Thermoplastic shell, which in combination with the Impact Shields optimally distributes the impact forces and thus ensures maximum safety. In addition, the in-molded EPP foam with polycarbonate, also known as gate shields, offers special protection in the event of contact with gates.
The Volata 2Vi® Mips helmet can be upgraded with a slalomchin guard within seconds without additional tools, making it particularly versatile. This quick-fit function is ideal for racers who are preparing for various disciplines. The chin guard is available separately. Other practical features include the race-specific ratchet buckle with micro-adjustment and the Snap-in liner, which provides additional comfort. A gogglegarage rounds off the well thought-out design and ensures that your goggles are always safely stowed away.
