Technologies and manufacturing processes
PILLOW LOCK SYSTEM
The Pillow Lock System consists of self-adhesive Velcro patches that are supplied with all Sea to Summit sleeping mats (from spring 2019). Attached to your sleeping mat, these patches secure your pillow and prevent it from slipping - yet won't catch on clothing or other lightweight fabrics. All Sea to Summit Pillows (from spring 2019) are compatible with this system. Existing pillows can be made Pillow Lock compatible by adding an Aeros pillowcase.UPCYCLED FOAM
We use the by-product of our self-inflating mats to create the core of our Foam Core Pillow. This upcycled foam is firmly packed into a luxurious, soft and stretchy 50D fabric for optimum comfort.
