Scarpa Rapid GTX Wmn
The Rapid GTX Wmn from Scarpa is the ideal companion for anyone who doesn't want to compromise when speed hiking, via ferrata or running in the mountains. This hybridapproach shoe combines the best features of a trail running shoe with those of an approach shoe to offer you maximum flexibility and performance. The lightweight, synthetic upper features a GORE-TEX® membrane that provides excellent waterproofing without compromising breathability.
Thanks to the dual-density EVA midsole, the shoe offers the necessary cushioning and dynamics for long distances, while the TPU arch insert ensures stability and torsion control. The Dynamic Protection System insert in the forefoot improves propulsion and edge stability, which is particularly beneficial on demanding ascents. The Vibram® outsole with Megagrip rubber compound and a special Climbing Zone on the big toe offers excellent friction properties and ensures a secure grip on a wide variety of surfaces.
Whether on snow-covered paths or muddy trails, the Rapid GTX Wmn is equipped for all conditions. It is the perfect choice for anyone who wants to move quickly and safely through varied mountain terrain.
