The Mont Blanc GTX from Scarpa is an outstanding mountain boot that has been specially developed for demanding alpine adventures. With its classic design, it combines functionality and style, making it the ideal companion for rough terrain and changeable conditions. The upper material made from robust 3mm Perwanger® leather is not only extremely durable but also water-repellent, while the GORE-TEX® membrane ensures excellent wind- and waterproofness as well as breathability. This combination makes the shoe a reliable partner in any weather.
The innovative lacing technology of the Mont Blanc GTX is particularly noteworthy. The lacing is divided into two areas: In the lower area, the laces glide smoothly through the eyelets, which enables quick and precise adjustment to the foot. In the upper area, special hooks with clamping properties provide additional support and stability in the ankle area. This is particularly important on challenging climbing sections or when carrying heavy rucksacks.
The PU and TPU midsole provides excellent cushioning and stability, while the new Vibram® Essential AC sole with its deep tread guarantees maximum grip in alpine terrain. This sole is optimally designed for use on rocky and uneven ground and offers excellent traction and safety on every step. The shoe is made on an AGM last, which ensures a perfect fit and a high level of comfort.
