Thermal regulation for the high mountains The Zebru Responsive pant has a medium weight and is designed for use in winter mountaineering and ski touring, which due to the rocky alpine terrain and changeable conditions require a robust pant with reliable weather protection and good thermal regulation properties. Durastretch Responsive We make these alpine pants from Durastretch Responsive. This technical material, which we developed ourselves, consists in this version of double-woven polyamide fibres, supplemented by Responsive polyester yarns, which have been enriched with thermo-reactive minerals. The minerals absorb the body's far-infrared energy (FIR) and gradually release it. This way you feel comfortable for longer, are more efficient and recover faster. In addition, the pants are brushed on the inside for extra insulation and they are very lightweight and highly abrasion resistant. The four-way stretch (thanks to the high elastane content and elastic seams) allows excellent freedom of movement. Many details The crotch design with gusset and the pre-shaped knees give you the necessary flexibility for high steps or pointed turns. The harness compatible design includes braces loops, two thigh pockets with waterproof zippers, a back zippered pocket, and thigh ventilation zippers that let air in easily when you're wearing a harness. The pants have a slim fit with a narrower leg and a grippy silicone trim on the inside of the leg - so they fit snugly over your boots and the risk of snagging is reduced.
