The Wildfire 2 M from Salewa is the ideal companion for men who feel at home in the mountains. This versatile shoe is perfect for activities such as hiking, via ferrata, climbing and trekking on longer tours. Its sustainable design impresses with a robust and breathable upper made from recycled plastic, complemented by a PFC-free mesh lining that ensures a pleasant foot climate. A reinforced TPU front edge offers additional protection against debris.
The POMOCA® outsole of the Wildfire 2 M is designed for precision and sensitivity in a wide variety of mountain terrain. Thanks to the special Butylic rubber compound, the shoe offers excellent grip on rocks in both dry and wet conditions. The innovative Switchfit adjustment system allows you to quickly switch from hiking to climbing mode, so that you are also safe on smaller ledges and edges.
Comfort is a top priority with the Wildfire 2 M. A cushioning EVA midsole provides a snug fit that increases comfort when walking and hiking. The Climbing Lacing climbing lacing enables precise adjustment in the toe area for better overall technical performance. In addition, the lateral Kevlar® cable mesh system further improves the performance and sensitivity of the shoe. With a single shoe weight of only 355 grams and a drop of 11 mm, this shoe offers the perfect balance between lightness and stability.
