Lightweight, waterproof, windproof and breathable: the Puez Light Powertex women's jacket offers maximum protection from storms with a minimal pack size. It is named after the Puez Group in the western Dolomites and weighs only an incredible 115 gram. This jacket is specially designed for (multi-day) alpine treks or Hautes Routes, where a low backpack weight is important. Its Powertex Eco fabric offers reliable weather protection (water column: 10,000 mm), high breathability(MVTR: 40,000 g/m²/24 h) and features a coated, storm-resistant, 2.5-layer construction with fully taped seams. This means that the water-repellent outer fabric is combined with a waterproof/breathable membrane and an additional barrier coating. We've also equipped it with an eco-friendly, PFC-free, durable water repellent (DWR) finish. And since there's no need for a protective lining, the jacket is lighter and even more compressible. Powertex wears comfortably against the skin and has a dry, textured feel. The Puez Light jacket has a slim, ergonomic athletic fit that is cut slightly longer in the back for added protection in the buttocks and a better fit when moving. It's best worn directly over a moisture-wicking baselayer or a lightly insulating midlayer. The fitted hood, cuffs and hem are elasticized so you're protected from the cold, wind and rain.
