Salewa Pedroc 16L

The Pedroc 16 was developed on the wild, narrow trails of the Dolomites and put through its paces in this demanding terrain to offer maximum comfort in challenging terrain. The lightness, breathability and high level of comfort of the Salewa Pedroc 16 is achieved thanks to the Dry Back Contact-System: the generous ventilation channels reduce the contact surfaces between the backpack and back and ensure better air circulation and ventilation thanks to their construction. The shoulder straps are integrated directly into the back system for a close fit that stays in place even during movement-intensive speed hiking activities. In addition, the ergonomically shaped and split shoulder straps improve breathability and freedom of movement, while the well thought-out cut-outs save even more weight.
The Pedroc 16 is made from the specially developed 70 denier Duralite material. The double ripstopnylonconstruction is characterized by its high abrasionand tear resistance despite its very low weight. The backpack is equipped with hydration system preparation, quick-access zippered side pockets and front access to the main compartment. The One-Hand Compression-System also allows the backpack to be adjusted in a flash on tour: simply pull the top cord to compress the backpack - without having to take it off.
The Pedroc 16 is part of the SALEWA® Committed collection and is characterized by a low ecological footprint thanks to its PFC-free, water-repellent DWR treatment. The versatile Pedroc 16 is Salewa's lightest speed hikingbackpack and offers numerous well thought-out details such as a side pocket for hiking poles, a key fob, water-repellent zippers, an inner compartment for valuables and a chest strap that can be adjusted to three different heights. Measuring 53 x 22 x 14 cm and with a volume of 16 liters, it is the ideal companion for demanding hikes and speed hiking adventures.
