The MTN Trainer 2 Mid PTX children's shoe was developed in the Dolomites and is perfect for rocky terrain. This lightweight trekking shoe for children combines durable suede leather in the upper with a 360°polyurethaneedge to offer maximum protection against abrasion and debris on rough terrain. The water-repellent, breathable and durable Powertex® membrane reliably protects against moisture and other adverse weather conditions so that little adventurers always keep their feet dry.
Thanks to the patented SALEWA® 3F system, which connects the instep area with the sole and heel, the shoe offers additional stability and protection. The Flex Collar increases the angle of movement and provides more flexibility in the heel area, which is particularly advantageous on steep ascents and descents. The lightweight, compact Pomoca™ Junior Hike outsole with its special lug profile guarantees ideal grip on rocks and optimum grip on slippery terrain.
For added comfort, the MTN Trainer 2 Mid PTX is equipped with a lightweight EVA midsole that has a shock-absorbing effect and offers all-day comfort even on long hikes. As part of the SALEWA® Committed collection, the children's trekking shoe is equipped with a PFC-free membrane, which makes it particularly environmentally friendly and leaves a small ecological footprint.
