Soft treadThe Dropline combines the lightness and agility of a trail running shoe with the comfort and protection of a mid-cut hiking shoe. This is based on the effectively springy, cushioned EVA midsole and S-Path outsole, which promote a more natural, supple roll and excellent stability during fast, dynamic movements. Lightweight ProtectionThe lightweight Air Mesh upper is reinforced by the supportive 3F system, EXA Shell framework and heel counter. This gives your foot secure support and torsional resistance. In addition, the mid-height upper with the thermoformed SALEWA® Ankle Protection System (APS) adds another lightweight, abrasion-resistant layer of protection that provides lateral support to the ankle and increases comfort, especially on fast descents. Snug fit and good gripThe special 3D lacing with integrated clamping eyelets ensures that the correct lacing tension is automatically maintained in two different zones, while the customizable Multi Fit Footbed Plus (MFF+) lets you choose between different insoles to tune the shoe volume and fit. The POMOCA® outsole stands out with its rounded shape that allows for a quick, smooth roll. With its self-cleaning tread, it also provides good grip on any surface.
