Our versatile, long-sleeved base layer for women made from a wool-synthetic blend. The Fanes Wool Long Sleeve Tee is the perfect functional base layer for cooler conditions. The long sleeve t-shirt is made of a merino-polypropylene-nylon mixture which on the one hand provides warmth and on the other hand cools down if you overheat. It transports sweat away from the body very quickly, which makes your skin feel dry. It is light and soft, but at the same time abrasion resistant and does not require frequent washing as it is resistant to body odours. Its functional fibre blend makes it versatile: wool fibres absorb between 20 and 35 percent of their own weight in water, keeping you dry even when you sweat. Synthetic fibres absorb less sweat, but wick moisture away from the body very well. In addition to moisture regulation, wool also has heat-regulating properties by nature. We've added a gusset to the sleeves for improved freedom of movement, and the athletic fit keeps the fibres close to the skin for improved performance. This base layer is made entirely in Europe and the material is produced in Italian spinning mills.
