With the Fanes Sarner Light Hybrid Jacket, Salewa combines alpine heritage with modern design: the hybrid jacket is made from recycled wool yarns using traditional craftsmanship. The Sarner knit construction, a very dense wool knitting technique from the Sarntal Valley in South Tyrol, ensures soft fabrics that are resistant to wind and rain. The 400 gram lightweight Sarner Liteknit blend fabric is spun, knitted and sewn in Italy according to Alpine tradition. It is made from a soft, hybrid AlpineWool® material blend in which recycled wool, viscose and polyamide are processed with elastane.
The jacket combines this functional material with lightweight, soft and cozy stretchwool fleeceinserts that contain recycled polyester and additional elastane. It is equipped with a comfortable, fitted hood and two zippered side pockets, making it particularly practical for everyday urban life and work.
