Salewa Fanes Light Shorts M

The Fanes Light Shorts are inspired by the striking peaks and the legendary plateau of the Fanes group in the north-western Dolomites. The summery shorts are made from a lightweight blend of cotton (63%), polyamide (35%) and additional elastane (2%). With their slightly tailored fit and straight-cut trouser legs, the shorts allow unrestricted freedom of movement. The shorts feature a waistband with a press stud and zipper as well as belt loops. Small items can be stowed in the two open side pockets or the two open back pockets. The Fanes Light Shorts are a Salewa Committed product and are mainly made from natural materials. In addition, the shorts are produced according to our additional environmental and sustainability standards in order to leave the smallest possible ecological footprint. Made from a hybrid cotton-material mix, the Fanes Light Shorts are the ideal choice on warm summer days - on the mountain and in the valley.

How to measure

  • 1. Height:
    Stand up straight with your feet and back against a wall. Place a flat object (e.g. book) on your head and hold it horizontally against the wall. Now you can measure from the bottom edge of the object to the floor.
  • 2. Waist:
    Measured the waist circumference below the navel. The measuring tape should not constrict the belly keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
  • 3. Hips:
    Measure the hips circumference at the fullest part of the seat keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
  • 4. Inseam length:
    Measured on the inside of the leg from the crotch to below the ankle.
