A new addition to ROECKL SPORTS’ EXTRA WARM segment is the VUNO, an ergonomically cut winter biking glove. Its EXTRA WARM characteristics are the result of using PrimaLoft® Gold insulation with CrossCore Technology featuring aerogels – highly porous structures that consist of over 95% air and allow for an extremely good ratio of volume to weight to heat retention. The waterproof, windproof and breathable ROECK-TEX MEMBRANE and the ECO Stretch fleece lining made from 87% recycled polyester and 13% spandex enhance this functionality even further. Speaking of ECO: This glove bears the “High Recycling Ratio” seal for using reconstituted materials. One of those is the windproof, water-repellent and breathable ROECK-PROOF® ECO Denali triple-layer laminate on the backhand made from 87% recycled polyester and 13% spandex – silky smooth on the outside, snuggly soft like fleece on the inside. The palm and broad wipe thumb consist of 60% recycled and 32% conventional polyester. This supple synthetic suede material ensures the grip and tactility needed for handling the bar as well as the brake and gear levers safely and reliably. Comfy support is provided by the seamless COMFORT-INNOVATION padding between the thumb and index finger and by foam padding. An elastic Velcro backhand fastener combined with a long knitted cuff guarantee a precise fit and prevent cold air from seeping into the sensitive pulse area at the wrist. The TOUCHSCREEN-COMPATIBLE functionality as well as the reflective design elements and ROECKL logo round off this glove’s set of high-quality features. Machine-washable at 30 °C (86 °F).
