EXTRA WARM and manufactured using minimal resources: The waterproof KOFEL GTX is a sporty, functional mitten from the ECO.SERIES developed by ROECKL SPORTS, characterized by the consistent use of eco-friendly, PFC-free materials. The backhand is made from ECO.BREEZE® Uyuni, a robust and waterproof yet breathable four-way stretch polyamide textile consisting of 93% pyrolysis oil, a recycled TPU membrane and 7% spandex. Pyrolysis oil is derived by recycling old car tires, thereby reducing the need for fossil resources. Extra warmth is provided by the lavalan® insulation, a thermoregulating fiberfill made from 100% sustainable natural materials: European-sourced virgin wool and corn fibres. Additional features include GTX inserts with Gore plus warm technology, an Eco lining in the palm and an extremely lofty Eco Sherpa Fleece lining in the backhand. This glove is both wind- and waterproof as well as highly breathable thanks to the thin, exceptionally durable GORE-TEX membrane, which is PFC-free and has a low ecological footprint. The palm is made from robust premium goatskin that ensures a great grip and follows your hands’ and fingers’ every move with ease. And there’s more: CUT-PROTECT inserts for even better protection against wear and tear in the most exposed areas of the hand, a Pull&Fit system and Velcro fastener on the long gauntlet as well as a conveniently detachable safety loop. Available in cool black and bright blue, each with a black palm and elaborate seam lines on the backhand.
