A special highlight of the Valiance jacket is the tightly processed Boxwall design, which reduces the weight and volume while stabilizing the down. This enables optimum thermal insulation by fully fluffing up the down. The hood and cuffs feature quick-drying synthetic Stratus™ insulation for added durability and better moisture management. The hood is also 2-way adjustable and has a wire-reinforced peak for extra protection.
Practical details such as the YKK® VISLON® front zipper with internal storm flap and the two YKK® AquaGuard® zippered hand pockets make the jacket even more functional. An additional zippered inner pocket offers secure storage space for valuables. The Stratus™-filled cuffs with Velcro adjustment lock in the warmth and the longer back hem provides additional protection and warmth in the lower back area.
