The Downpour Light jacket from Rab is the ideal companion for unpredictable weather on hikes and climbing tours. Thanks to Proflex™ technology, this women's jacket not only offers protection from the rain, but also excellent breathability, which ensures a high level of comfort. With its lightweight and packable design, it is perfect for fast movements and can be easily stowed away in a rucksack without weighing you down. The 2.5-layer Proflex™ material is not only waterproof, but also quiet and feels pleasant against the skin - ideal if you are caught out by a brief shower.
The Downpour Light jacket has a slim fit and all the essential features you need for excursions above the tree line in changeable summer weather. The size-adjustable mountain hood with flexible, stiffened peak can be tightened around the head and face with one hand and offers optimum protection against drizzle. The longer cuffs with flat, adjustable Velcro fastener prevent wind, cold and moisture from penetrating, while the pre-shaped sleeves guarantee full freedom of movement.
Additional comfort is provided by the YKK® AquaGuard® zipper with lined chin guard and the two backpack-compatible slit pockets with AquaGuard® zippers, which are easily accessible even with a backpack on the back. The jacket has a water column of 20,000 mm and breathability of 20,000 g/m²/24 hours, making it a reliable companion in adverse weather conditions.

How to measure
- 1. Chest:Measure the circumference at the widest part of the chest (under the armpits)
- 2. Waist:Measured the waist circumference below the navel. The measuring tape should not constrict the belly keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
- 3. Hips:Measure the hips circumference at the fullest part of the seat keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
- 4. Sleeve length from neck:Measure straight from your neck to shoulder point, and from shoulder point to wrist with the arm in a relaxed position.
