"QL2.1-Hook: If the fastening hooks on your pannier need replacing, no problem. With the hook set, you can simply replace the broken hooks. QL2.1-Fastening hooks in four different versions. Ortlieb panniers are supplied with 16 mm hooks as standard. If your pannier has thinner pannier struts and the hooks are therefore too loose, you can use the inserts supplied and adjust them to 12 mm, 10 mm or 8 mm tube diameter. The 16 mm hooks are available with a rubberized plastic handle (E212) or with an adjustable handle (E192), with which the Office-Bag, Commuter-Bag and Downtown models are equipped. If your luggage carriers have a larger tube diameter and the hooks supplied as standard do not fit, you can simply replace them with our hooks for 18 mm (E211) or 20 mm (E193) tube diameter."
