Grip 2.5 is an ultralight mat with a weight of only 340 g and a pack size of only 12 x 26 cm (regular). Despite the low weight, it still has great insulating properties. The light weight and small size are the result of three things. The hybrid foam zone construction is sized to provide maximum support in areas where pressure from the body is very high, and less in the lighter areas where it reduces both weight and pack size without sacrificing protection or comfort. The, developed in sleep pattern studies, body contoured fit cuts unnecessary weight and the new 20D Polyester Diamond Rip Stop ultralight shell has a very high durability to weight ratio.
