Mountain Equipment Classic Eco 1000 Long

The Classic Eco 1000 Long from Mountain Equipment is the ideal companion for men who don't want to miss out on adventure even in icy temperatures. This sleeping bag has been specially developed for extremely cold nights when temperatures drop well below freezing. Filled with high-quality recycleddown and made from 100% recycled Earthrise outerand inner material, it not only offers excellent thermal performance, but also a sustainable alternative for environmentally conscious adventurers.
Thanks to the generous mountain fit and the slanted down chambers, the Classic Eco 1000 Long is both comfortable and light. The elaborately cut hood with five separate chambers reliably protects your head from the cold, while the anatomically cut foot section with two chambers ensures the best sleeping comfort. The 165 cm long zipper with Gemini chamber over the entire length makes it easier to get in and out and allows you to easily connect two sleeping bags.
Additional comfort is provided by the integrated thermal collar with Lode Lock closure, which optimally retains the warmth inside the sleeping bag. The Classic Eco 1000 Long comes with a waterproof Roll-Top pack sack and a mesh bag for storage, which makes transportation and storage particularly easy. With a pack size of 31 x 26 x 25 cm, the sleeping bag can also be stowed away to save space.

Technologies and manufacturing processes

  • A Good Night's Sleep Guaranteed

  • Down Cycle

The DOWN CYCLE® project is part of our strategy to act more sustainably. The project started in 2017 when we introduced 100% recycled down into our Earthrise apparel line. In the long term, we want to create a closed-loop recycling system where down clothing and sleeping bags that are no longer needed or at the end of their life are not simply thrown away.
  • Fair Wear

Mountain Equipment has been a member of the non-profit organization "Fair Wear Foundation" since 2012 and is thus committed to implementing the highest standards for socially just working conditions in all operating and production facilities.
  • Down 700

Our duck down contains at least 90% down, has a fillpower of at least 700 cuin and is DOWN CODEX® certified.
