This shoe combines the proven technology of the popular Merrell Moab with the latest innovations in the field of sporty hiking shoes. The breathable upper made from 39% recycled mesh and TPU ensures a comfortable foot climate, while the 100% recycled laces and webbing are kind to the environment. The padded collar and bellows tongue offer additional comfort and keep dirt out.
A highlight of the Moab Speed 2 is the exclusive Vibram TC5+ outsole, which was specially developed for Merrell and offers exceptional traction on a wide variety of surfaces. The Vibram traction lugs are designed to remove debris and increase stability with every step. The FloatPro™ foam midsole provides lightweight and durable comfort, while FlexPlate™ technology provides torsional rigidity and flexibility in the forefoot.
The shoe is vegan-friendly and offers additional protectionthanks to the protective, abrasion-resistant plastic heeland toe cap. The removable EVAfoamfootbed is made from 50% recycled material and is treated with Cleansport NXT™ to naturally control odors.
