To celebrate the 20th anniversary of its best-selling rain jacket, Marmot has given the PreCip an eco-conscious and high-performance upgrade: the PreCip Eco Rain Jacket. This lightweight men's jacket is ideal for hiking and offers reliable protection from the wet thanks to the waterproof and breathable Marmot® NanoPro™ fabric made from recycled nylon. The PFC-free material is tougher and more durable than ever before, supported by advanced microporous coating technology.
The PreCip Eco rain jacket boasts numerous practical features: the adjustable hood can be stowed away in the collar if required, while the adjustable drawstring hem and Velcro® cuffs ensure a perfect fit. The water-repellent jacket also features a patented Dry-Touch finish for a comfortable feel. Additional ventilation is provided by the PitZipsunderarm zippers, which effectively dissipate excess heat.
Another highlight is the DriClime™-lined chin guard, which wicks away moisture and prevents chafing. When not in use, the jacket can be stowed away in its own pocket to save space, making it the perfect companion for changeable weather. How to measure
- 1. Chest:Measure the circumference at the widest part of the chest (under the armpits)
- 2. Collar circumference:Measured around the larynx. Measured at the level of the larynx. The tape should not constrict and must be passed around the neck horizontally.
- 3. Waist:Measured the waist circumference below the navel. The measuring tape should not constrict the belly keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
- 4. Hips:Measure the hips circumference at the fullest part of the seat keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
- 5. Sleeve length:The distance from top of shoulder joint to arm wrist. Angle the arm slightly and pass the tape through the elbow as well.
